Seeking an Estimator for a General Contractor in Atlanta focused on Interiors: Airports. Banking and Restaurants
Our Senior Estimator will have 10+ years plus in estimating! This is a general contractor who embraces diversity.
Our candidate needs to be able to fit in a fast growing dynamic and "chaotic culture" - their systems are evolving overtime and we need talent who is on- board with being part of the solution. We are seeking an estimator with an entrepreneurial spirit. Bring your ideas, energy and quality work to help grow the company. The ideal client size for this General Contractor is from 25 million to 100 million.
As much of the business is with the Atlanta and Dallas airports, we are seeking, 4-5 years of experience - Airport for Delta and the Airport - relationships skills are important.
Technical skills include: Procore, Blue Beam, MS Project, PM Webb
Estimators who have Interiors experience across multiple verticals are desired.
Most of the jobs involve: Airport Renovations, Banking, Retail, Ground up and Renovation in Banking,
Our client has 30 -employees currently and are working in Atlanta and Dallas Texas, with revenue of 25 million for 2021. They are growing through relationships and repeat business through existing clients.
Their employees are invested and committed to exceeding client expectations.
Offer:
100,000 plus for the basic salary with an additional performance bonus
