Overview

CTG is seeking an experienced Technical OSS Network SME & Project Manager to support a leading telecommunications client. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with strong OSS expertise, project management experience, and a solid testing background. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating multiple vendor teams and preferably possess AT&T industry experience.

Location: Middletown, NJ
Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead OSS/network operations projects from initiation through deployment and support.
  • Act as the primary Technical OSS SME for network systems and operational support environments.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple vendor teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Drive testing activities including system integration testing, validation, defect management, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support network operations improvements, OSS enhancements, and implementation activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Technical Network OSS environments.
  • Proven Project Management experience within telecommunications or network operations.
  • Hands-on testing and QA background.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and multi-vendor technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and OSS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • AT&T experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • 7+ years of telecommunications, OSS, or network operations experience.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale technical implementations.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
