Seeking a mid-level Full Stack Application Developer to support enterprise Supply Chain and Logistics digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on building scalable, cloud-native applications using AWS, modern front-end frameworks, Python services, and enterprise integration patterns. The position also contributes to architecture decisions, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure as code within an Agile environment.
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid Remote – onsite a minimum of 3 days per week)
Duration: 7 months
Pay rate: $40
Key Responsibilities- Develop and support full-stack, cloud-native applications using AWS services
- Design scalable, high-performance architectures for enterprise supply chain solutions
- Build Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar tools
- Develop front-end applications using JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular preferred)
- Build and maintain Python-based back-end services
- Design and optimize SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab Runner)
- Support SAP/ERP integrations across enterprise systems
- Ensure application uptime, reliability, monitoring, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT, PMO, and business stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to development teams
- Maintain strong technical documentation standards
Required Skills- AWS cloud architecture and services (including cost optimization)
- Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform, or equivalent)
- JavaScript front-end development (React or Angular preferred)
- Python development
- SQL databases and optimization
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab Runner)
- Docker and containerization (ECS preferred)
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, firewalls, DMZs)
- Agile development methodologies
- SAP/ERP integration experience
Required Experience- 3+ years of application or software development experience
- Full-stack development in cloud environments
- Enterprise integration experience (SAP/ERP systems)
- Production support experience emphasizing reliability and uptime
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Technical mentoring or knowledge transfer experience
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
