Assist and provide technical direction to a global team
Be responsible for project and support task tracking, process execution and metrics for supported technologies
Provide guidance and recommendations regarding technical processes and procedures
Identify learning opportunities for global team members through projects and technical tasks
Participate in a 24 hour, 7 day per week, on-call support rotation
Respond to support requests received via shared mailbox as needed
Apply system changes and infrastructure upgrades as needed
Manage elements of the current infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance in an integrated environment
Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with business partners in support of business strategies
Automate tasks through scripting Participate in and/or manage small to medium sized projects
Desired experience in one or more of the following areas:
Experience configuring Lync Enterprise Server and Lync architecture design
Experience implementing and supporting MS Lync; including VOIP, and conferencing
Scripting and/or Coding experience
Familiarity with change management
Knowledge and Administration of Windows Servers
A strong candidate will have:
Global Microsoft Lync deployment experience
Excellent verbal and written skills
Global Project management experience
Experience with PowerBuilder scripting
Degree in an Information Technology, Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
