CSRA is looking for a Senior Unified Communications Architect to lead a team in optimizing a Unified Communications strategy and roadmap.
Top Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of Global VoIP and Contact Center platforms;
  • CRM integration with contact center solutions;
  • Public and private cloud communication architectures including SaaS; IP networking, LAN/WAN switching and QoS;
  • Telephony dial plan design and call routing/control protocols
  • Microsoft 365 Skype for Business Enterprise Voice experience; Avaya CM 6.3, Systems Manager, CMS, Elite Multichannel, Nice Recording; and Polycom RMX and room systems

Education = Bachelor, Masters preferred
Qualifications
  • 9-12 + years of business solutions experience.
    Experience working with VOIP/Telephony and U infrastructure and architecture.
  • 5+ years Contact Center experience with multichannel capability, CRM and
    reporting.
  • 5+ years Avaya telephony, messaging and UC clients. 2+ years
    with video conferencing.
