Job Summary
Manages recruitment systems and tools in Graduate Medical Education (GME) including the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP), GME Track, and the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Executes pertinent duties such as program activation, communication, monitoring of quotas, and regulation compliance for certified rank order lists. Acts as a resource for GME programs by providing training and troubleshooting services. Performs related activities in the collection, recording, management, analysis, and dissemination of recruitment data.

Manages implementation and maintenance of designated programs. Plans, develops and maintains systems and procedures. Liaison between department and outside communities. Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Participates in budgetary process.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Develops, implements, manages and maintains operational systems and activities.
  • Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
  • Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Allocates time to meet completion requirements.
  • Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Reviews and monitors adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.


Certifications:
  • May be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation.


Complexity of Work:
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development.


Work Experience:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training; healthcare setting preferred.
  • Offset: High School diploma/GED and six years of experience.
  • Offset: Associate's degree and four years of experience.
  • Offset: Master's degree and one year of experience.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with recruitment systems and tools in Graduate Medical Education (GME) including the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP), GME Track, and the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS)
  • Experience with MedHub, (Residency Management System)
