Catering and Store Supervisor

As a potential member of the leadership team at Capital Tacos, it’s important that you continue to grow your skills to help you get to your next level goal at Capital Tacos. We see catering as an intricate piece of our business as it grows sales and spreads brand awareness when done correctly. In an effort to ensure this happens, we would like to encourage an Assistant Managers, or an up-and-coming shift leads to take the lead on these important events. This position will be selected by the Restaurant Manager and the Off Premise Operations Manager and will report to the Restaurant Manager in the operations department. You will be responsible for reading, understanding, following, and training/managing restaurant staff on all catering SOP’s.
What you will be doing in the role:
- You will lead or assist the GM in leading the execution of catering and off-premises events from your location.
- You will take the lead on checking the OLO and Ezcater dashboards throughout the day to ensure that all changes are captured, and everyone stays on the same page.
- You will take the lead on making sure your location is properly staffed for slings and orders we know about in advance.
- You will take the lead on making sure staff members, and managers are up to date on all current SOPs (standard operating procedures.)
- As part of following the SOPs, you will take the lead on communicating properly to your team what needs to be accomplished in a day for catering – (i.e., making dry good bags, prepping the cold items, and executing a plan for your main prep person the morning of.)
- If a bigger event is coming up, you will take the lead on making sure there is enough product in your store for execution and if there is not properly communicating that to the Restaurant Manager to be ordered.
- You will take the lead on transportation/ delivery, coordinating and planning with team members to find the best plan of action. If you cannot staff it or find anyone, please contact the GM for further assistance.
- You will take the lead in making sure all catering sales are accounted for on focus. You do not need to come in on your day off but planning and communicating will keep the team on the same page.
- You will take the lead and keep in communication with the Catering Leaders if any issues arise during execution and delivery.
- You will have to use your own vehicle to deliver caterings.
Pay - $16.00 - $18.00
