• Prepare dishes in accordance with recipes and plating requirements.
• Be able to work the line in a fine dining establishment as well as prep banquets at a luxury level.
• Understand elevated culinary offerings and parings and be able to execute those offerings with minimal supervision.
• Maintain consistency of products produced by the kitchen.
• Continuously work to evaluate new offerings for our guests and make changes as needed.
• Consistently offer a superior product to our guests to meet and exceed their expectations.
• Comply with all Safe Serve requirements to ensure food safety.
• Maintain proper prep for expected covers during shift.
• Maintain and communicate items on checklists or concerns regarding products on a consistent basis.
• Work cohesively with the team to ensure an open and approachable work environment.
• Operate, maintain, and thoroughly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill.
• Minimum of 3 years experience. 
• Full-time or part-time shifts available

This Massachusetts restaurant’s name and spirit were inspired by the Lafayette Escadrille – a squadron of the French Air Service formed in April of 1916. The squadron was composed of spirited and daring American fighter pilots who fought gallantly by day and relished fine food and drink at night.
