Sr. Systems Engineer
Salary: $90,000-$110,000

They have been Ohio's premier managed IT service provider using innovative solutions and exceptional user support. They are currently looking to add a Systems Engineer to their growing organization.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Technician:
- Hyper-V and VMWare management for clients
- Provide Our Clients With Mobile Device, Desktop and Laptop Support
- Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and MacOS
- Migrate User Data, Network, and Server Data
- Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- Troubleshoot/Remediate Hardware, Software, Network and Printing Issues
- Facilitate New Device Configuration onto Client Networks
- Backup and Disaster Recovery Support
Experience Preferred:
- Hyper-V and VMWare
- CompTIA A+ and Network + and Server +
- MTA – Operating, Networking and Security Fundamentals (or equivalent)
- Experience with Microsoft products such as Office 365, Sharepoint
- Experience with Windows and MacOS
