Location: Enfield, CT (hybrid)
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis across manufacturing operations
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide insights that drive efficiency and profitability
• Support capital investment analysis and cost optimization initiatives
• Build and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Improve reporting processes and implement scalable analytics solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or a similar environment
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
