Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to support accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of real estate properties. This is a full-time, in-office position responsible for property-level accounting functions and financial statement preparation.
As Senior Financial Accountant, you will oversee day-to-day accounting activities for assigned properties, partner with internal teams on financial analysis, and ensure reporting accuracy in accordance with GAAP and internal policies.
What You'll Do:
• Handle journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations for assigned properties
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for designated properties
• Work with operations and asset management teams to support financial decision-making
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting guidelines
• Assist with audits and special accounting projects as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least two years of public or corporate accounting experience
