What You’ll Be Doing: Senior Financial Analyst
- Senior Financial Analyst will own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and year-end activities
- Build dashboards, KPI reporting, and management reporting used to drive business decisions
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis tied to profitability, operations, pricing, and performance
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams
- Help improve reporting processes, controls, documentation, and overall efficiency
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to leadership teams
Qualifications: Senior Financial Analyst
- BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- 3-5 years of financial analysis/reporting experience
- Manufacturing or closely related industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills and experience working within ERP systems
