Job Description
Pay up to $80K. Seeking high end Chef de Cuisine for Luxury Resort in South Carolina. Relo Available. Outstanding Resort Company with 20 Resorts.
Executive Chef Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all kitchen operations for High End Southern Restaurant
- Coordinate and manage all food purchases/ food costs and control expenditures
- Creates unique Southern Dishes and Menu Items
- Hires and trains Cooks and Sous Chef.
- Establish all departmental standards
- Greets customers
- Practice and manage payroll activities which ensure high standards without sacrificing efficiency or profitability
- Coordinate the production process of banquet food ensuring that food is prepared quickly and meets standards
The ideal Executive Chef candidate:
- Extensive Southern Cuisine High End Experience
- Lodge Cuisine Also Helpful
- Creativity
- You can prioritize and organize
- You are a clear thinker, remain calm, and resolve problems using good judgment
Qualifications
- 5 Years As Chef de Cuisine in Luxury Setting
- Culinary School Preferred
- Ability To Relocate to South Carolina
