Are you ready to grill up some chicken, steak, and tofu?! Boloco is adding to our great team, and we're looking for professional and energetic candidates to join our kitchen crew as Line Cooks! Being a Boloco Cook is hard work but it's also a lot of fun. At Boloco, we like to laugh and we LOVE making our guests happy with delicious and fresh offerings every day.

As our ideal candidate, you will:
  • Have culinary experience
  • Enjoy working in a restaurant setting
  • Like working in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand and manage allergies, special diets or other requests, etc.
  • Practice proper hygiene practices when preparing food
  • Work well and communicate with team members under pressure

Line Cooks can think on their feet and can find quick and guest-friendly solutions. Above all, Boloco Cooks have a passion for taking care of the guests and towards the food business.
