Responsibilities
* Washing dishes from all bus pans, pots and pans, utensils
* Light prep work - cutting and portioning ingredients
* Taking garbage and recyclables to dumpster area
* Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors
* Sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning floor mats
* Assembling, maintaining and breaking down the dish machine
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day
* Ability to place cases, pans, utensils and plates on both low and high shelves
* Good communications skills
* Able and willing to take direction from all restaurant team members
