Job description

SUMMARY:

Ensure that the custodial contract between Goodwill and Sun Metro is completed as per the contractual agreement. Oversee the daily activities, and custodial staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Oversee the daily activities, and custodial staff per contractual agreement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Performs janitorial service as per contract and set standards to include such activity as sweeping, chemical spray to remove graffiti & clean shelter use of weed-eaters, blowers, brooms, remove trash.
  2. Driving pickup truck, with constant stops.
  3. Ensures communication to staff from Contracts Manager.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Vehicle inspection daily, notify of problems with work vehicle.
  2. Keep checklist of various worksites; check off when completed good English reading & writing skills, to complete paperwork.
