Email Marketing and Affiliate Specialist

We are looking for an email marketing and affiliate specialist to help grow our brands, which include X-Vision Optics, SPACE Trailers, Elektro Assemblies and TriOx. The different brands are unique in their industry and serve a wide range of customers all around the United States and globally. The ideal candidate will assist and support in the following roles: Analytics and research, affiliate marketing, email marketing and website management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL

• have proficiency in email marketing platforms and automation tools
• have proficiency in affiliate marketing strategies and automation tools
• have strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• be detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple campaigns.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy tailored to specific audiences and generate revenue
• Provide creative direction for email campaigns, including design elements, copywriting, and call-to-action optimization for both mobile and desktop email
• Maintain consistent brand guidelines and language towards a target audience
• Plan and manage a promotional calendar aligned with holidays, events, and product launches

• Implement list growth strategies
• Execute best practices to maximize inbox placement and engagement opportunities while optimizing scheduled send times
• Generate, monitor and analyze weekly email marketing metric report to drive continuous improvement and improve revenue generation.
• Utilize Adobe CC design software including Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat, Illustrator and Flash Integration to create digital and print graphics content consistent with brand to design email.
• Oversee affiliate platform reporting, advertising, and communication among affiliates via Avantlink's dashboard

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in marketing, graphic design, web design, packaging design or other related field
• Website management proficiency
• Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience
• Competent in Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask to meet multiple deadlines for multiple projects.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, schematics, technical manuals, and computer-generated reports.
• Ability to communicate concepts in a clear, concise, complete, and courteous manner in oral and written forms.
