Job Title: Tax Specialist
Location: Linden, NJ
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Tax Specialist with experience in corporate tax filing and returns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in indirect tax management across multiple states, with a particular focus on New Jersey.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file corporate tax returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage indirect tax compliance for 35 states, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison with external tax partners, such as EY, to facilitate smooth tax processes.
  • Collaborate with internal employees to address tax-related inquiries and issues.

Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in corporate tax filings.
  • Expertise in multi-state tax regulations, particularly indirect taxes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP R3 or S4Hana is advantageous.

Work Environment
The role offers a flexible schedule with the team required to be on-site only one or two days a week. This flexibility ensures a balanced work-life dynamic while maintaining productivity and collaboration.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $45.00/hr.
