Three Sales Roles

1. Immediate Opening - Marketing Manager - They help funnel leads to our claims experts, so that everyone in town is able to get the FREE services we offer after a disaster event. ($40,000-$65,000 a year with a small base for daily expenses, and big money for great appointments that you help us set)
2. Promotion can be earned in a short period of time - Claims Expert / Restoration Expert - They provide storm damager property inspections, and then provide hands free services at NO COST to clients that are needing a repair person after the storm event. ($60,000 - $90,000 -$120,000 - $170,000 - $220,000 - $330,000 a year). More clients more money, $1,200 average commission
3. December & January Training Classes - This person has already been working in the field. They have shown promise to run a sales team. In December and January we hold company wide Training for ALL Trainers and discuss the next year sales goals and our proven tactics to hit our goals for the next year. Trainers get a travel perdium to manage the other two positions for our company. They make a 3% override. ($90,000 -$120,000 -$150,000 - $200,000 a year)
