Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver bespoke, results-driven training programs tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and performance metrics.
  • Provide an exceptional, concierge-level coaching experience during one-on-one and small group sessions.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships through consistent communication, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Track, analyze, and refine client progress using data-driven methods and regular performance assessments.
  • Educate clients on advanced training principles, recovery strategies, and sustainable lifestyle practices.
  • Uphold a luxury studio environment by maintaining impeccable cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.
  • Contribute to brand growth through client retention, referrals, and alignment with the studio’s premium service standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of professional personal training experience in a gym or studio setting.
  • Must hold and maintain at least one nationally recognized personal training certification.
  • Demonstrated experience with program design tailored to individual client needs and goals.
  • Working knowledge of nutrition principles; nutrition coaching experience strongly preferred.
  • Highly personable with strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to coaching and studio culture.
