What we're looking for...
Catering Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day catering operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Managing daily catering operations and events.
- Fielding, booking & coordinating incoming calls and email orders.
- Planning and executing all logistical aspects of catering orders.
- Maintaining customer relationships, directly communicating with clients/customers.
- Developing & creating catering proposals.
- Ordering and maintaining catering supplies.
- Maintain and grow sales.
