Warren, NJ

A premier event and hospitality venue in Warren is seeking an experienced Catering Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through wedding and special event sales, client relationship management, and banquet booking development.
This role is responsible for generating catering and event business, managing client inquiries from initial contact through contract execution, and ensuring a seamless planning experience that results in exceptional event delivery. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience in weddings and private events, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to close business in a competitive hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive catering, wedding, and private event sales to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Respond to inquiries, conduct venue tours, and present customized event packages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, planners, and vendors
  • Manage the full sales cycle including proposals, contracts, deposits, and follow-ups
