This is a unique opportunity to be the face of Donatos in the community, build meaningful relationships, and earn based on your own hustle and results.

About the Role

As a Catering Sales Associate, you'll be the bridge between Donatos Pizza and the businesses, organizations, and families that make Indianapolis a great community. No two days will look exactly alike — one day you might be out meeting local business owners, the next you're helping set up a catering spread for a corporate lunch or taking orders at a job site. You'll work closely alongside the owner, helping to establish Donatos as the go-to catering choice in the Indianapolis market. If you love people, love food, and love the idea of building something from the ground up in a brand new market, this role is for you.

Work directly alongside the owner to identify opportunities, build relationships, and grow catering sales throughout the Indianapolis community.

Proactively sell catering orders through door-to-door outreach to local businesses, organizations, schools, and community groups.

Build and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with customers and community partners to drive repeat catering business.

Assist with the setup of catering orders, ensuring presentation meets Donatos' quality standards.

Serve as a brand ambassador for Donatos, consistently delivering on the Donatos promise of quality, service, and community.

Identify new opportunities for catering growth and provide feedback on local market trends.

Communicate effectively with the owner and store management to coordinate order logistics, timing, and customer expectations.

Requirements

Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position safely while meeting performance expectations.

Must have reliable transportation for local travel.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally for catering setup and assistance.

Able to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workday.

Occasional bending and lifting required during catering setups, etc.

What We're Looking For

A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting with people.

Prior experience in sales, marketing, catering, or community outreach is a plus.

Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and genuinely cares about the customer experience.

A positive attitude and a team-first mentality.

Someone who understands that the more they get out there and hustle, the more they earn — this role rewards effort directly.

Compensation & Perks

This position is primarily commission-based, meaning your earning potential is truly unlimited. The harder you work and the more relationships you build, the more you make — it's that simple.

Donatos will provide all of the marketing materials, menus, and tools you need to hit the ground running and be successful from day one.

Pay is 15/HR plus commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential

Flexible scheduling — work the hours that work for you

All marketing materials, menus, and sales tools provided
