Job Summary

Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking a Catering Sales Associate who is excited to build a career in hospitality sales. This role offers hands-on experience across the full sales lifecycle,ย from prospecting and outreach to event execution, while providing an opportunity to earn commission based on performance.

Youโ€™ll partner closely with experienced sellers and operations teams to develop new business, support client relationships, ย and contribute to revenue growth. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys relationship-building, learning, and being part of a collaborative cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full sales process, including prospecting, outreach, and lead generation
  • Assist with responding to inquiries, following up with clientsย and venue partners, and nurturing relationships
  • Actualize business development throughย cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking effortsย to build a pipeline
  • โ€‹Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to support seamless event execution
  • Maintain accurate andย time-sensitiveย records of leads, activity, and pipeline in CRM systems
  • Attend site tours, tastings, and client meetings as part of the sales experience
  • Identify opportunities to enhance events and contribute to revenue growth
