Job Summary

Culinaire, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an experienced Catering Sales Manager to lead revenue growth at the Westin Lake Mary Hotel. This role is ideal for a driven hospitality sales professional with a passion for events, client relationships, and high‑volume catering sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve personal booking and catering revenue goals
  • Build, manage, and forecast individual catering sales budget
  • Proactively solicit new business while growing existing accounts
  • Conduct site inspections and lead clients through the sales process
  • Upsell menus and services to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Partner with the Director of Catering on long‑term bookings and event planning
  • Ensure accurate Event Orders and timely turnover to Event F&B teams
  • Manage and support the Event F&B teams for flawless execution
  • Review contracts, collect deposits, and ensure accurate final billing
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to drive strategic sales decisions

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of catering or hospitality sales management experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage trends and luxury service standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Computer proficiency, including Marriott sales systems (CI/TY preferred)
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
