Location: Hamilton, Ohio. This role is primarily on-site, with some hybrid flexibility for the right local candidate.

Note: To be considered, you must be a CPA with public accounting experience and a strong background serving privately held businesses, including S corps and partnerships. U.S. citizenship is required.

Job Description

  • Manage tax planning, compliance, and review work for privately held businesses and related entities
  • Advise clients on tax-saving strategies, entity structure, and planning opportunities
  • Work closely with business owners and leadership teams on high-value financial matters
  • Review returns for S corps, partnerships, and other closely held entities
  • Lead client relationships with a responsive, consultative approach
  • Mentor and support staff while helping maintain quality and efficiency across engagements
  • Stay current on tax law developments and apply them in practical ways for clients
  • Contribute to a team environment focused on service, growth, and long-term client success

Qualifications

  • Active CPA required
  • Public accounting experience required
  • Strong experience with privately held businesses
  • Experience with S corps and partnerships required
  • Strong tax planning and tax compliance background
  • Ability to manage client relationships and communicate clearly
  • Leadership or review experience is a plus
