Responsibilities
Client Management: Build strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their specific insurance needs and providing expert advice.
Policy Renewals: Ensure timely renewal of policies, reviewing coverage limits, and making appropriate recommendations.
Client Inquiries: Address client inquiries promptly, offering guidance on insurance-related matters.
Risk Assessment: Assess client risks and provide customized insurance solutions to meet their business needs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, policy documents, and communication logs.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, policies, and regulations to better serve clients and provide up-to-date advice.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License required
Experience: Proven experience in commercial insurance account management for at least 3 years
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and building lasting client relationships
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using insurance-specific software and tools to manage accounts efficiently, this includes Microsoft Outlook and AMS360
