Position Summary:

We are seeking a personable and skilled Mechanical Engineer with a Texas PE certification to join our San Antonio office . This role includes mechanical systems design, project management, and client interaction. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in commercial and healthcare facility design, proficiency in REVIT, and a strong desire to grow within a dynamic, employee-owned firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead mechanical systems design for assigned projects.
  • Perform calculations and ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Manage project schedules, deliverables, and mechanical engineering teams.
  • Actively participate in client meetings to establish project needs and expectations.
  • Support business development efforts, including marketing and project pursuits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Active Texas PE certification .
  • Proficiency in REVIT and familiarity with building codes.
  • Project management experience in commercial or healthcare facility design.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
