Job description

 WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: The CEO will lead all aspects of Relay including commercial and product. We are looking for someone to help lead Relay's strategic direction alongside new hires and internal talent who have already transitioned into Relay.
Day-to-day tasks will include leading a growing team, selling and presenting Relay to various prospective clients, shaping the short- and long-term road map of the product, and working with clients to implement Relay in their business operations. We expect the business model to focus on consultative selling of a solution and for the CEO to take an active role in that function during the early days of the company.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• At least ten years of total relevant work experience is required with an emphasis on advising businesses about new products and solutions and how to improve business operations

Experience should also include time spent A) in management consulting as a partner with a focus on digitization projects and/or solution-enabled consulting projects, or B) in a role with significant P&L responsibility at an enterprise SaaS company with a strong consultative component (service-enabled SaaS).
• Candidates should have business and product development acumen and the ability to translate business needs into usable B2B software (including experience guiding a technical team). Coding skills are not necessary.


• Leadership experience—including hiring, training, and managing a team—is a must.
• Experience working at a start-up as part of the founding team or as an early employee in a fast-growing technology company is a meaningful plus.
