RCM Client Success Lead

Spectrum Billing Solutions is an industry-leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company for healthcare organizations. We are looking for an RCM Client Success Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a purpose-driven individual with the passion to help our clients achieve success. This is a fully remote or office/home hybrid position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications.
  • Assist with new client implementations.
  • Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
  • Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
  • Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
  • Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in meetings with new and existing clients.
  • Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of client relationship management experience.
  • 1-3 years of Healthcare and/or RCM experience.
  • Experience in ABA or other Behavioral Healthcare preferred.
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.
  • Demonstrated skills in delivering results.
