About the Role
JorieAI is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operational teams. This role is responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring service delivery excellence, driving process improvements, supporting automation initiatives, and achieving financial and operational performance objectives across healthcare revenue cycle functions. The ideal candidate combines strategic account management skills with a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations and a commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while delivering exceptional client experiences.
Location & Schedule
  • Remote position within the United States
  • Hours 8:00-5:00CST- Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact alongside Client Success for assigned client accounts, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and oversee contractual obligations, service scope, invoice verification, performance expectations, and operational deliverables.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and operational metrics to ensure compliance with client and organizational expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor service performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Partner with technology teams to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities that improve efficiency, scalability, accuracy, and overall revenue cycle performance.
  • Lead issue identification, escalation management, root cause analysis, and resolution efforts to address client concerns and operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal leadership regarding service enhancements, scope modifications, and operational initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews, performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to clients and internal leadership.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve revenue cycle performance, increase effectiveness, and support organizational growth objectives.
