Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager for a reputable and established health care organization in Little Rock, AR. This role requires a leader with strong denials experience in addition to revenue cycle, billing, and patient financial services expertise.

Role Overview

The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee daily revenue cycle operations, support billing workflows, and help drive performance across the department. The position will also be responsible for managing denials trends, improving resolution processes, and partnering with internal teams to strengthen reimbursement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support revenue cycle staff to promote quality, productivity, and accountability.
  • Oversee billing, claims, and patient financial service workflows.
  • Manage denials performance, identify root causes, and help implement corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex reimbursement and claim issues.
  • Monitor key metrics, support reporting, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Coach and develop team members while maintaining a positive, service-focused environment.

Preferred Background

  • 3-4+ years leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
  • Strong denials management experience.
  • Experience in hospital or physician revenue cycle environments – specifically Emergency Room, MLA, and Anesthesia
  • Knowledge and experience with common EMR Software required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience coaching or supervising team members.
