Position Summary

The Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the planning, creation, and commercial activation of promotional marketing initiatives that support the commercial success of Light & Wonder's iGaming content portfolio across North America.

Sitting at the intersection of North America Commercial Teams and Product Marketing, this role focuses on commercializing Light & Wonder's games and studios by translating product strategy into operatorready promotional campaigns and go-to-market plans. Working closely with operator and internal commercial teams, the Commercial Marketing Manager supports game launches and ongoing initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and return play.

This role does not directly execute operator CRM campaigns or configure promotions, but instead acts as a strategic marketing partner - aligning teams, shaping promotional approaches, and ensuring effective handoff and delivery through the appropriate internal and operator execution teams.

Acting as the Product Marketing "eyes and ears" within commercial conversations, the role participates in operator meetings, identifies new promotional opportunities, and feeds customer insight back to Product Marketing and Studio teams, helping drive game visibility, engagement, and return on investment.

Essential Job Functions:

Commercial Strategy Partnership

  • Partner with the North America commercial account teams to champion and activate Light & Wonder's marketing capabilities with operator partners.

  • Work directly with operators as a trusted point of contact to agree campaign objectives, define recommended promotional approaches, and shape execution plans, and support delivery.

  • Lead and projectmanage crossfunctional teams to ensure complex or highvalue campaigns are effectively planned, communicated, and delivered by the appropriate owners.

  • Oversee promotional planning in partnership with operators, including:

    • Campaign calendars and seasonal initiatives

    • Promotional timelines, including use of Elevate tools

    • Performancedriven and lifecycle marketing initiatives

  • Define and track campaign success with stakeholders, measuring performance against commercial KPIs, ROI, and player behavior metrics.

Product Marketing Excellence

  • Partner closely with North American account teams to understand operator commercial objectives and ensure the delivery of compelling, operatorready assets for game launches and ongoing promotional activity.

  • Collaborate with Commercial Account Managers to shape, embed, and execute the promotional components of operator playbooks.

  • Support pre and postlaunch marketing activity, including assets, demos, guides, B2C and omnichannel launch events, and performance reporting.

  • Identify growth opportunities across operator ecosystems and recommend targeted promotional and marketing strategies to drive commercial impact.

  • Act as a key bridge between Product Marketing and Commercial teams, ensuring operator insight and customer feedback are incorporated into product positioning and campaign development.

  • Provide sales enablement support through tools, insights, presentations, and direct deal support to help drive growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Experience in product marketing or CRM within iGaming, tech, software, or a related industry.

  • Previous experience with an iGaming operators or suppliers, with exposure to CRM, promotions, or lifecycle teams (not necessarily executing campaigns directly).

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform and improve performance.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Marketing or commercial experience at either an iGaming supplier or operator

  • Knowledge of regional iGaming markets - North American iGaming landscape

  • Experience in organization with complex product portfolios.

Work Conditions:

  • The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations

  • Domestic and international travel may be required. This role will be expected to travel to customer meetings and occasional trade shows.
