Job description

Cross-Functional Administrative Specialist (Accounts Payable • Reception • Social Media)

Why We Exist

At our core, we believe in meeting people in their time of need so they can focus on what matters.

When disaster strikes, whether from water, fire, storm, or unexpected damage, our customers are often overwhelmed and uncertain about what comes next. Our job is to bring clarity, confidence, and craftsmanship into chaotic moments.

We don’t just restore properties, we restore peace of mind. And that starts with the people on our team.

We live our values every day:

If those values resonate with you, you'll fit right in.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities
