Corporate Development Analyst

GameChange Energy is one of the fastest growing, most dynamic companies in the booming solar industry. We are a leader in the solar racking and tracker industry with a dynamic and driven team passionate about changing the game in solar. Our products are designed to be the fastest installing and most cost-effective in the industry. The Corporate Development Analyst will support GameChange Energy’s strategic growth initiatives through mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and corporate strategy. The analyst will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate acquisition targets, build financial models, conduct industry research, and execute strategic transactions that strengthen the company's leadership in renewable energy technology.


Corporate Development Analyst Responsibilities:

  • M&A – Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases for acquisitions and strategic investments
  • Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle including:

-Target identification

-Financial Analysis

-Due Diligence – Deal runner

-Deal execution

-Integration Planning

  • Prepare presentations and material for executive leadership, board meetings, lenders, and investors
  • Conduct Market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
  • Evaluate partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic growth opportunities
  • Assist with 45X Tax Credit Sales
  • Special Projects supporting office of CFO

-Lead or support high-priority cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and IT.

-Improve financial reporting and decision-making processes through automation and analytics.

-Assist with ERP implementations, business integrations, and process improvement initiatives.


Corporate Development Analyst Skills & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in
