Assistant Floater Teacher - Childcare / Preschool (Hiring Immediately)
Full-Time or Part-Time | Holland, MI
About the Role
Join our licensed Michigan childcare center as an Assistant Floater Teacher. No experience required-we provide paid training. Great for anyone who loves working with children or wants to start a career in Early Childhood Education or CTE Child Development.
What You'll Do
  • Support Classrooms in Infant, Toddler, Preschool
  • Supervise Children following Michigan Licensing rules
  • Help With Daily Care (meals, diapering, toileting)
  • Assist Teachers with activities and routines
  • Float Between Rooms to support ratios and breaks

Requirements
  • Must be 18+
  • Pass background checks (ICHAT, fingerprinting, TB)
  • Reliable, caring, and ready to learn

Preferred (Not Required)
  • Childcare or preschool experience
  • CDA, ECE coursework, or CTE Child Development
