Responsibilities
Noblis is seeking a Biometrics Intelligence Analyst(s) to work in dynamic mission-oriented environment within McLean, Virginia. As a Biometrics Intelligence Analyst, you will analyze and integrate biometrics intelligence related to terrorism and Counterterrorism (CT), and support CT customers by researching, preparing, and delivering intelligence products and responses to taskings.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conducting biometrics-enabled identity analysis to support identity adjudication, counterterrorism missions, and intelligence operations.
  • Analyzing biometric databases and intelligence information to verify identities, identify discrepancies and associations, and produce accurate analytical assessments.
  • Integrating biometric information with all-source intelligence to support threat assessments, intelligence operations, and counterterrorism requirements.
  • Researching and responding to intelligence taskings by developing timely, accurate, and mission-focused intelligence products and analytical assessments.
  • Utilizing biometric, intelligence, and analytical systems and databases to conduct research, validate identities, identify intelligence gaps, and support mission objectives.
  • Collaborating with Intelligence Community partners and other mission stakeholders to coordinate reporting, resolve identity-related intelligence gaps, and support customer requirements.
  • Applying Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft, including ICD 203 and ICD 206, as well as knowledge of NCTC missions, policies, and procedures, to produce objective and well-supported intelligence products.
  • Supporting continuous mission operations while maintaining expertise in emerging biometric technologies, capabilities, tools, databases, and analytical methodologies.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience conducting biometrics-enabled identity analysis to support identity adjudication and intelligence operations.
  • Experience analyzing biometric databases and intelligence information to verify identities and produce accurate analytical assessments.
  • Experience collaborating with intelligence partners while applying knowledge of Intelligence Community and CT missions, policies, and procedures.

Required minimum skills and knowledge:
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

  • Junior Level:
    • Bachelor's degree OR Masters OR PhD with 0 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 3 years of experience OR High-School with 6 years of experience.
    • Compensation: $75,000 - $117,225
  • Journeyman:
    • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 1 year of experience OR PhD with 0 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 6 years of experience OR High-School with 9 years of experience
    • Compensation: $82,500 - $128,925
  • Senior Level:
    • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 3 years of experience OR PhD with 1 year of experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of experience OR High-School with 11 years of experience
    • Compensation: $99,800 - $156,050

Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with an intelligence community department or agency.
  • Experience and application of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 and 206.
  • Experience working with National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) missions, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience utilizing NCTC biometric and analytical systems to support timely, accurate, and mission-focused intelligence products.
  • Ability to maintain expertise in emerging biometric technologies, capabilities, tools, and databases.
  • Experience supporting continuous mission operations with the ability to support shift differentials.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
