Benefits specialists play a key role in attracting and retaining talent by designing competitive benefits packages.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a benefits specialist?

To thrive as a Benefits Specialist, you need expertise in employee benefits administration, knowledge of relevant laws (such as ERISA and ACA), and usually a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
