Your Opportunity: Service Manager

We are expanding and looking for a proactive, experienced Service Manager to oversee all maintenance operations and lead our on-site service team. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives on team collaboration, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional results, you’ll fit right in.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead Maintenance Operations: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day maintenance tasks, assigning work orders and ensuring timely, high-quality completion.
  • Team Supervision: Manage and mentor the on-site maintenance team, fostering a positive, professional, and efficient working environment.
  • Preventative amp; Reactive Maintenance: Ensure all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and painting) are well-maintained and fully operational.
  • Compliance amp; Safety: Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Inventory amp; Records: Maintain accurate records of service requests, preventative maintenance, parts orders, and vendor coordination.
  • Staff Scheduling amp; Hiring: Manage shift schedules, recruit new maintenance personnel as needed, and support training and onboarding efforts.
  • Resident Satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents regarding service timelines and updates.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in property maintenance including HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and appliance repair
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience leading maintenance teams
  • EPA/HVAC Universal Certification strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Onesite, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and a high level of integrity
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service focus
