The Opportunity:

You will serve as a key specialist focused on the aesthetic and structural health of premium residential plant material. Working with an employer that prioritizes team member care, you will showcase your expertise on high-end properties. Your detailed craftsmanship will directly elevate outdoor spaces for discerning clients.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute precision hand pruning for fine shrubs and ornamental trees under 15 feet.
  • Inspect plants daily to identify insect damage, disease symptoms, or nutrient issues.
  • Apply proper arboricultural techniques to promote long-term plant growth and structural integrity.
  • Maintain sharp, clean, and properly disinfected pruning tools to ensure optimal plant health.
