Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role involves taking orders, providing pricing information, performing consultative sales, and explaining services and benefits. You will also support both new and existing customers while ensuring timely delivery of shipments and addressing any complaints. Strong communication and organizational skills are key to succeed in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and web-based channels
• Take customer orders, offer pricing, and explain services
• Monitor shipments from order entry to delivery to ensure on-time performance
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
