Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Manages and supports Workday with a focus onCore HCM,Security,Payroll,and Integrationsto meet evolving business needs. Leverages technology to improve operational efficiency, automate processes, ensure data integrity, support regulatory compliance, and enhanceemployeeand manager experience. Partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders tooptimizesystem functionality, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

System Maintenance and Support:

  • Configures andmaintainsWorkday business processes, security, reports, dashboards, and related system functionality.
  • Supports Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, validation, and documentation of new features and enhancements.
  • Ensures data integrity through regular audits, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Partners with the business to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.

Project and Process Improvements:

  • Gathers business requirements, evaluates solutions, and recommends system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Participates in cross-functional projects involving HR technology implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Supports testing activities, including unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.

Knowledge Share and Training:

  • Creates andmaintainssystem documentation, job aids, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Trains users on new processes/functionality

Reports and Queries:

  • Develops andmaintainsWorkday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business decision-making.
  • Analyzes HR data and provides insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • ABachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field and a minimum of three (3) years of Workday HRIS/Technology/Process Management experience.
  • Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields, security administration, and business process support.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HCM,Security,Payroll,and Integrations.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, testing, and change management activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Excellent oral, written,interpersonal,and customer service skills.
  • Must be articulate.
  • Organized anddetailedorientated.
  • Success in multitasking and managing fluctuating priorities.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Musthave a valid driver's license. Must be able to travel 10% of the time.
  • Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Non-repetitive and somewhat diversified job requiring continuous mental alertness.


Physical Functions:
