Job Details:

SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver technical and analytical support of the Workforce Management systems to ensure our team members are paid accurately and timely each week. This position is expected to configure time rules and attendance policies, analyze time results, provide first level support, and report any system issues. This position is responsible for specializing in pay policies and business procedures to ensure time calculations are accurate based on location pay practices. This position will provide training and assign security access which will include maintaining up to date training materials and auditing security roles for compliance. This position will provide data for legal requests in current and legacy systems. This position is required to maintain confidentiality.

Time allocation for this position is targeted to be project delivery 65% and support 35%. The work is inclusive of defining user requirements, establishing technical specifications, while enhancing productivity, quality, and customer service standards. The position will play a significant part in driving efficiency and consistency across support functions. Further responsibilities will include maintaining professional and technical knowledge while delivering results to the customer.

Specific Responsibilities Include: Support of TMs time capture systems at location level to include SAP Time, Kronos, and Fresh Meats Mainframe. Testing and configuration of pay rules. This position will be critical in understanding pay rules, system requirements, policies, and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA). Maintain awareness of best practices including processes, technology and identifying opportunities for improvement of existing functionality.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: 3+ years relevant experience or equivalent

Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with special emphasis given to Excel. Experience with database query/reporting tools is valued. Working knowledge of Service Now, SAP/HR, Workday and/or UKG-Pro highly valued.

Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills required. Direct one-on-one communications with TEAM Members, all levels of Management and outside vendors will be required.

Special Skills: Knowledge of payroll laws, FLSA, DOL, time collection, and payroll processing are preferred, but not required. Ability to comprehend/interpret union contracts is valued. Experience in UKG-Pro configuration is highly valued. Previous time and attendance experience highly valued. Analytical skills desired to enable root causes analysis for the resolution of configuration and data issues.
