Job description

Workforce Housing Admin

The Workforce Housing Administrator is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our workforce housing program supports employees working along the Texas border. This role manages move-ins, move-outs, inspections, digital documentation, housekeeping coordination, inventory, and resident communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and willing to jump in wherever needed, including assisting with housekeeping and preparing RVs between residents. This is a hands-on position that combines administrative responsibilities with field operations to ensure every RV is clean, fully documented, and ready for occupancy.

Key Objectives

  • Deliver a smooth and professional move-in and move-out experience.
  • Maintain accurate digital records and lease documentation.
  • Ensure every RV meets Bish's cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Coordinate housekeeping and inspections to minimize downtime between
  • Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Protect company assets through detailed inspections and documentation.
  • Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs.
  • Complete digital lease documents using Docusign.
  • Perform move-in and move-out inspections.
  • Photograph and document RV condition.
  • Coordinate and perform housekeeping as needed.
  • Prepare RVs for incoming residents.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household items.
  • Track occupancy status and unit readiness.
  • Communicate maintenance needs promptly.
  • Respond to residents' questions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain organized digital records.
  • Follow established processes and checklists.
  • Assist with scheduling vendors when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized office and work environment.
  • Occasionally work evenings or weekends based on operational needs.
