We're looking for a Slitter Line Lead to join our Manufacturing team in Morrisville, NC. If you're passionate about manufacturing leadership, production excellence, and helping teams succeed, this is your opportunity to help produce premium trading cards enjoyed by fans around the world.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily slitter production operations while supporting safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Mentor and train production associates while providing daily guidance and technical support.
  • Review production schedules and job specifications to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist operators in troubleshooting production issues and minimizing downtime.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Training, Maintenance, and Production leadership to maintain operational excellence.
  • Monitor production performance and communicate shift priorities and operational updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, ISO, and security standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Previous Lead or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and manufacturing information systems (MIS).
