Workday Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Solutions Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and driving adoption of our people systems' capabilities to ensure Anduril is successful for the near and long term. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, finance, and more to understand the business needs, engineer solutions, and ensure our systems are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the business requirements of the organization
  • Collaborate with business partners across People, Finance, and Legal to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions, with the result being automation of key business functions
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make improvements
  • Lead the development and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets
  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into the company's infrastructure
  • Work with internal software development teams to build out custom solutions if we decide to build rather than buy
  • Provide guidance and support to the stakeholder teams on system and process best practices, including training and documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business processes into systems at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred)
  • Experience as a sole administrator (limited reliance on external resources to execute on projects)
  • Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
  • Ability to be in-office full time and willingness to travel up to 25% to visit other offices where hands-on instruction and assistance will be necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in high-security or defense industry environments
  • Exposure to ERP and HCM platforms (Rippling, Oracle, Workday, ADP, etc.)

US Salary Range $220,000 —$292,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
