PT CSR - Work-Based Learning
This role is part of Mohawk Industries Work-Based Learning Program (WBLP) andis only open to qualifying students currently enrolled in a High School WBL program.The WBLP with Mohawk is designed to allow students the ability to learn, develop and build onto their industry related skills within Commercial Customer Service, while completing a High School curriculum.
Your Role:
  • Enter sales orders and order changes including price quotations, preparation and follow-up on purchase orders, and confirmation of shipment dates
  • Respond to customer needs and demonstrate teamwork to ensure achievement of goals
  • Manage 40-80 calls from customers/sales a day

Qualifications:
  • Rising High School Junior or Senior, at least 17 years old
  • 2:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good voice quality that is conversational and professional.
  • Building strong relationships and working collaboratively to achieve goals
  • Adapting to changing situations, circumstances, and audiences
