ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (with legal office background):


Mid-sized Roseville law firm seeks a administrative assistant, legal office experience a must. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, dependable and adaptable. Reliable transportation and a CDL are a must.


Applicant must be a strong multi-tasker. Knowledge specific to the filing systems of a legal case file is a must. They must also have the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative and problem solve. Position needs someone who works well independently and as part of a team. Applicant must also be an accomplished word processor and possess excellent communication - both verbal and proof reading skills, as well as the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects. Required knowledge for this position is on Word, Excel, Outlook & the phone system (training provided for phone system).


Starting salary is comparable to going rates and will depend on experience. Hours from 8:00-5:00. Employee benefits include medical, dental & vision paid by the firm with the option to purchase for qualifying family members. 401k contributions and 17 days vacation & sick time are provided.
