Law firm is seeking a Word Processor to join their team. This position is open to candidates located in California.
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, edit, and proofread complex legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Handle formatting, styling, Tables of Contents/Authorities, and document troubleshooting
  • Transcribe dictation and manage files in NetDocuments
  • Collaborate with a team of 10 Word Processors who share knowledge and support one another
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3-5 years of law firm word processing and/or legal assistance experience required
  • Advanced MS Word required
