Whether you're just beginning your prerequisites or already enrolled in a Respiratory program, this initiative is designed to empower you from the classroom to the patient room.

Program Benefits & Highlights:

This program offers up to $10,000/year in tuition support, covering up to 3 years/$30,000. Funding includes tuition, books, registration/lab/technology fees, clinical scrubs, and more. It is designed to support a smooth transition into professional practice after graduation and provides direct career pathway opportunities within Mercy.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Enrolled in Respiratory prerequisites or actively enrolled in a Respiratory program at a participating school.

  • Must submit the following to be considered:

  • 1 Letter of Recommendation

  • Unofficial Transcript (if applicable)

Work & Commitment Requirements:

  • Work a minimum of 16 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks) in a hospital-based role.
